Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Architect and Software Developer. The primary responsibilities include designing and developing innovative software solutions, integrating new technologies, and overseeing architectural design. The candidate will also manage and lead projects, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.

We are looking a powerful and complex combination of skills. An individual with deep expertise in all three areas to deliver our product by 1__st week of December 2025, you must be exceptional, as you bridge the critical gaps between high-level strategy, technical execution, and product delivery.

1. Senior Lead Solution Architect

Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs): Architect for scalability, reliability, security, performance, and maintainability.

Governance & Standards: Establish best practices, coding standards, and review processes to ensure architectural integrity.

2. Senior Software Developer

Code Reviews & Mentorship: Elevates the entire team's technical skills through rigorous reviews and coaching on advanced programming techniques.
Feasibility Assessment: Provides critical feedback to the Architect on the practicality, complexity, and effort required for proposed solutions. This is the crucial link that prevents "ivory tower" architecture.

3. Product Delivery Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and develop scalable services/microservices using Node and MVC architecture, ensuring clean, performant, and maintainable code.
12+ years of software development or architecture experience, with at least 4 years in lead (e.g., Enterprise Architect, IT Solutions Architect) with a focus on cybersecurity, technical governance, innovation, integration, and cloud strategies
Solid experience in end-to-end architecture and designing applications on multiple platforms
Experience in software deployment, including CI/CD and related DevSecOps practices, as well as working with cloud-based platforms like Azure or AWS
Strong principles for software design and development, optimized for system stability, reusability, and performance
Implement Graph QL APIs to enhance the functionality and performance of applications.
Integrate multiple data sources and databases into cybersecurity anomaly Detection platform XDR unified systems while maintaining data integrity and security.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
Design development, prototyping, test method design, design evaluation, design reviews, design specifications, design verification and validation, design protocols and reports, transfer to production activities in a timely and effective manner.
Product and project risk analysis and risk management.
Develop prototypes which are consistent with the clinical and design requirements of the project.
Design and build enterprise-wide software solutions with high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Provide technical leadership across teams, setting engineering direction and championing best practices in software architecture and development.
Architect and implement solutions on AWS, with deep expertise in serverless technologies like AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, EKS, ECS and more.

ARCHITECTURAL LEADERSHIP & STRATEGY:

Provide clear architectural vision and strategic direction for complex IT systems and applications, ensuring alignment with overall enterprise blueprints and business objectives.
Develop comprehensive architecture, strategy, planning, and problem-solving solutions at an enterprise level, addressing both current and future state technology needs.
Drive the technical direction and strategic decisions for the technology function, ensuring long-term scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
Act as a visionary, proactively assisting in defining direction for future projects and maintaining continuous awareness of industry trends, business, technical, and infrastructure issues.

HANDS-ON TECHNICAL CONTRIBUTION & IMPLEMENTATION:

Develop and enforce application methodologies and standards for program analysis, design, testing, and deployment, emphasizing clean code, automation, and robust testing practices.
Utilise advanced knowledge of supported main system flows and comprehensive understanding of multiple technical areas to achieve technology goals.
Lead by example in adopting and promoting modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, cloud-native) and best practices for secure, performant, and reliable software development.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE REQUIREMENTS:

Demonstrated Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Applications Development, with deep expertise in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, Go, Full Stack Developer, Front-End, Back-End, JavaScript, Node Js, React Js, MySQL, Rest-API, Json, frameworks.
Profound understanding of modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architectures, cloud-native design), distributed systems, and data management.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), including agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing strategies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with real-time data processing tools (e.g., Kafka), Certification in Snowflake, Oracle databases, or Big Data technologies and Knowledge of NO SQL (e.g., MongoDB) is a plus.
12+ years of software development or architecture experience, with at least 4 years in a senior or staff/lead architect role.

Adept at driving initiatives from concept to delivery in environments that demand reliability and scalability.
