Marketing Lead – Education Campaigns & Communications

We're Cyberlite – We work in cyber safety and AI education across Asia-Pacific. We've already reached 16 countries, won awards, and built a curriculum that actually works. Now we need someone with big ideas and the drive to execute them to help us crack the Indian market.

This isn't your typical marketing role. You won't be following playbooks or executing someone else's vision. You'll be THE person building our India strategy from the ground up, working directly with our co-founders, and having a real impact on how an entire generation learns to navigate the digital world safely.

The Opportunity

You'll be a full-time marketing hire in India – which means you get to:

• Contribute your opinions in shaping our brand positioning to campaign strategy
• Own the entire funnel from awareness to school adoption
• Build something meaningful that protects kids and empowers educators
• Work with autonomy while having the backing of a proven team

We're launching game-changing resources like The Ultimate Guide to Cyber Safety, and we need someone who can turn them into movements, not just campaigns.

What You'll Actually Do

Campaign Strategy That Matters

• Design breakthrough campaigns that make cyber safety impossible to ignore in schools
• Go beyond traditional marketing – , educator influencer partnerships, creative CSR collaborations
• Target audiences from school principals to state education boards with messaging that actually resonates

Relationship Building & Community

• Represent Cyberlite in India's education ecosystem
• Build genuine relationships with school leaders, education officials, and NGO partners
• Represent us at EdTech events (and suggest the ones we should create ourselves)

Creative Direction & Storytelling

• Design compelling graphics and visual content using Adobe Illustrator and Canva
• Create digital content through creative storytelling for various digital channels
• Use AI tools in creative, unique, and productive ways to experiment with different kinds of outputs
• Ensure our voice stays authentic, culturally relevant, and mission-driven across all touchpoints

You're Our Person If You...

Have the Experience

• 3-6 years in marketing, communications, EdTech, or education advocacy
• Deep understanding of India's education landscape (CBSE, ICSE, state boards, private chains, NGOs)

Think Like an Entrepreneur

• You see problems and immediately start brainstorming creative solutions
• You're comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the chance to build something new
• You are passionate about design, messaging, and user experience

Work Like a Startup Founder

• Self-directed and proactive – you don't wait for instructions
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and switching between strategy and execution
• Excited about measuring impact, iterating quickly, and scaling what works
