Customer Success Manager/Marketing Assistant

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM EST, (6:00 PM – 9:00 PM Amsterdam Time)

We’re currently seeking an experienced Client Success Manager/Marketing Assistant to join our remote team and lead client communications, project coordination, and relationship development across our service verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention
• Manage client onboarding and set clear expectations on deliverables, timelines, and communication
• Collaborate with internal SEO, development, and content teams to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery
• Translate client goals into actionable strategies and proactively recommend optimizations
• Host monthly performance review meetings and deliver reports in a clear, insightful manner
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support upselling of services
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client trust
• Maintain accurate documentation of communications, feedback, and project timelines

Requirements

• FLUENT ENGLISH IS MANDATORY – excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 3+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A DIGITAL MARKETING AGENCY IS MANDATORY
• Proven success in a client-facing role within an SEO, web development, or content marketing context
• Strong understanding of digital marketing performance metrics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, WordPress, etc.)
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Availability during Monday–Thursday, 12 PM – 3 PM EST / 6 PM – 9 PM Amsterdam Time
