Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will play a dual role in driving Cyber Bark’s marketing strategy and supporting customer marketing initiatives. This role requires strong pre-sales experience, the ability to deliver compelling presentations to clients, and comprehensive expertise across all aspects of marketing. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with sales, technical, and executive teams to elevate brand visibility, support business growth, and ensure customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Pre-Sales
- Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective and existing customers.
- Partner with sales teams to support pre-sales activities, including marketing audits, solution overviews, and value demonstrations.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute Cyber Bark’s marketing strategy across digital, content, and traditional channels.
- Plan, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns to support business growth.
- Oversee brand development, positioning, and messaging for consistency across all platforms.
- Customer Marketing
- Collaborate with customers to design and implement marketing programs that support their business objectives.
- Provide consultative guidance on website development, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Content & Communication
- Create impactful marketing materials, case studies, and presentations tailored to different industries and customer needs.
- Manage the company’s online presence including website, social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track, measure, and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales KPIs and business targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a pre-sales or customer-facing role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Strong ability to create and deliver customer presentations and proposals.
- Experience with B2B IT services marketing is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with C1/C2 English proficiency.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
