Position Summary
As a Senior Technology Recruiter, Data Science and Engineering at CVS Health, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare by attracting and hiring top technical talent. In this strategic role, you will design and execute data-driven recruiting strategies to support complex, fast-moving business needs across data science, machine learning, software engineering, and data engineering. You will act as a trusted partner to hiring leaders, leveraging insights, technology, and innovative recruiting practices to deliver exceptional candidate experiences, drive operational excellence within Workday, and continuously improve talent acquisition processes—all while fostering collaboration, learning, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is
$54,300.00 - $159,120.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
