Summary of Position
The Senior Director of Marketing is responsible for the planning and execution of marketing strategies and tactics for Oncology and Nuclear Medicine healthcare professionals diagnosing and treating Neuroendocrine Tumors and for patients receiving NET diagnostics.
The Senior Director of Marketing will need to understand the market, sales strategies and tactics, clinical data, competition, patient journey, and customer needs. (S)he will significantly contribute to commercial cross-functional teams. This position will lead the NET diagnostic business and collaborate closely across the Curium NET portfolio.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
Essential Functions
- Refine brand messaging and tactics in the evolving NET market, partnering with the sales team and with the full NET marketing team.
- Drive business insights that lead to successful promotion of Curium products.
- Develop and execute an integrated annual brand plan.
- Work with Commercial Operations to assess impact of key tactics on sales growth.
- Support sales organization including field travel.
- Optimize annual budgets and other resources.
- Foster strong partnerships with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory and Legal to ensure aligned objectives and effective and compliant creation and use of brand resources.
- Manage and attend key congresses and professional and patient meetings.
- Must maintain operational compliance with US and international regulatory agencies and guidelines (i.e. FDA, EU, HC, TGA, PIC/S, ISO, USP, NRC, cGMP, etc.).
Requirements and Competencies
- Bachelor Degree in business, marketing or related medical or scientific field required.
- Experience in radiopharmaceuticals or oncology preferred.
- 15 years of relevant work experience with 5 or more in pharmaceutical marketing.
- Effective at working collaboratively on teams.
- Experience effectively executing a wide range of personal and non-personal tactics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid business and financial acumen.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
- Remote role.
- Close attention to detail required.
- Travel including some weekends for conferences and meetings.
- Up to 25% travel required.
