Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Website Manager to manage our website, improve conversion rates, and run digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize our D2C website (Shopify / WooCommerce)
• Improve conversion rates and customer journey
• Plan and run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google ad campaigns
• Manage retargeting and customer acquisition funnels
• Monitor CAC, ROAS and campaign performance
• Coordinate website updates, landing pages and campaigns
• Work with creative teams for ad creatives and website visuals
• Analyse data and scale winning campaigns
Requirements
• 3–6+ years experience in performance marketing and D2C growth
• Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Experience managing e-commerce websites
• Strong understanding of conversion optimisation
• Experience with FMCG / D2C brands preferred
