Job Role of Digital Marketing Manager:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for SEO,SMM, SEM, Ads Management, PPC, Video editing and designing, Graphic designing, and reel creation and editing active social media posting, content writing,Website - maintenance & design, Logo Designing, Shopify,Cold Emailing, hook writing. This includes creating campaigns and driving digital marketing initiatives on search engine marketing, display advertising, website creation & optimization, paid social media, email, and mobile marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop effective digital marketing plans to drive products/services awareness that aligns with the overall company business needs.
- Website development on WordPress.
- Manage the Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Display Advertising, Website Optimization & Conversion Rate Optimization efforts.
- Lead paid social media strategies & campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram) and identify opportunities to leverage emerging platforms.
- Manage email campaigns including segmentation strategies & automation pieces.
- Coordinate with vendors on setting up campaigns & corresponding ad tracking setup.
- Design, and manage Social media and digital marketing Advertising campaigns and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
You are a good fit if you have these Skills:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Digital Marketing.
- Creating and maintaining client relationships.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
- Knowledge of both front-end and back-end languages.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
- Experienced in Website Platforms: WordPress, Wix, Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, and Squarespace.
- Experience with advertisement tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, Instagram Ads, Youtube Ads, Youtube Ads, etc.)
- Knowledge of Software like Mailerlite, Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Sender, Hubspot email marketing, Omnisend, Sendpulse, Mailjet, Moosend, etc.
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
