Senior Coordinator, Marketing Platform Production

We’re looking for a senior coordinator to join our ranks. Are you interested in administering content production and implementing platform solutions? In this role, you’ll support the creation, curation, and distribution of marketing content. Your responsibilities include coordinating content that is effective, timely, and up to date, as well as ensuring that content across all online platforms is consistently managed. Additionally, your problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively will be crucial in driving success. This role reports to the Marketing Product Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
· Administrator CMS platforms including updating copy, adding/removing resources and maintaining related resources to manage performance
· Managing, identifying and creating UTM’s, and measuring traffic and website performance across multiple platforms.
· Determining and tracking operational details to optimize internal site searches (i.e., relevant content search terms and descriptions)
· Overseeing content QA, updates and maintenance of our marketing collateral inventory, categories, content archives, reporting, and data. This includes testing and validating to ensure compliance requirements are met. The administration is across all online platforms where we have content.
· Working with marketing stakeholders to develop and implement new content production and administration strategies and assets.
· Research, analyze, evaluate, and pilot to inform the roadmap related to Brand Studio product environment and third-party marketing technology by collaborating with internal marketing stakeholders and developing relationships with external vendors
· Seeking continuous improvement and developing best practices, while supporting scale and efficiency across teams

Additional Skills and Knowledge
· Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of project management and marketing experience
· Has exposure to administering CMS platforms
· Familiarity with Google Analytics or other marketing analytics tools
· Experience working with multiple platforms and teams is a plus
Hours will fluctuate between 20-40 hours/week
