Short Description
The IT Sales and Marketing Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling IT products and services, developing marketing strategies, and managing client relationships to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns tailored to target audiences.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, demands, and competition.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts to the management team.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote the company's products and services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Strong written and spoken English
- Strong understanding of IT products and services.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in client relationship management and business development.
