About the role:
Our client is seeking a Data Scientist to join their growing team. This role will partner closely with product, engineering, & the business team to drive decision-making through rigorous analysis, scalable pipelines, & impactful insights.
You’ll be instrumental in shaping how they define success, measure performance, & uncover opportunities across key parts of their product & business.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to ensure reliable, timely access to core product and business data.
- Define and develop core metrics to measure product performance, feature adoption, user engagement, and strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau (or similar BI tools) to deliver clear, actionable insights to product and business stakeholders.
- Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests) to evaluate new features and product changes.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights using statistical analysis and visual storytelling.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong experience in SQL & Python, or similar data-focused languages.
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Proven experience with data modeling, pipeline design, & working with large-scale datasets.
- Solid understanding of experimental design, causal inference, & statistical analysis.
- Ability to visualize and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a product analytics, business intelligence, or data science function.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Experience working with Marketing teams to design promotional strategies, segment and target users, and measure effectiveness of campaigns.
- Experience working with large-scale product usage data to uncover patterns in user behavior, engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Experience working in real money gaming or other high-velocity transaction environments.
- Experience working with teams focused on monetization and gaming economies.
