Job Description:

Cuebiq is seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Senior Director of Marketing to build and lead our marketing organization. This is a critical leadership role responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that prioritizes product marketing, events, and thought leadership to accelerate brand awareness, drive demand, and support revenue growth. You will be instrumental in shaping Cuebiq’s go-to-market narrative, amplifying our innovative solutions and insights, and establishing the business as a leading voice in the ad tech ecosystem. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, hands-on execution, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

Salary range: $130K-$150K base salary dependent on experience and location.

Location: Accepting applications for candidates who will reside in and work from one of the following states: NY, NJ, FL, MA, MD, MI, MT, OH, TN, TX, AZ, and IL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Develop and own the overall marketing strategy, including identifying key market opportunities, target audiences, and a clear roadmap for execution across product marketing, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Product Marketing Excellence: Lead the product marketing function, including developing compelling messaging and positioning for Cuebiq’s data and technology solutions, creating sales enablement materials, and driving successful product launches.
• Event Strategy & Execution: Plan, organize, and execute industry events, webinars, and conferences that effectively showcase Cuebiq’s expertise and drive engagement with target audiences. This includes managing event logistics, content creation, and post-event follow-up.
• Thought Leadership: Establish Cuebiq as a thought leader in the mobility intelligence and consumer insights space through content creation (e.g., whitepapers, reports, blog posts), speaking engagements, and media relations.
• Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and product roadmaps.
• Performance Measurement: Track marketing metrics to measure the efficacy of campaigns and initiatives, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.

Key Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in the AdTech space with a strong focus on marketing leadership.
• Proven track record of successfully building and scaling marketing organizations within fast-paced technology companies.
• Deep understanding of product marketing principles, event management, and thought leadership strategies.
• Extensive experience with digital advertising and marketing ecosystems, including key technologies like DMPs, DSPs, and the role of data in media and measurement.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives.
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Team player with innovative ideas to inspire not only customers but also members of the internal organization.
• Experience with location data is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
