The Role:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll take ownership of architecting, developing, and optimising the company’s integrated monitoring and logging platform. You’ll work on high-performance observability solutions that ensure real-time monitoring, tracing, and analytics for large-scale cloud applications.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Design and develop scalable monitoring and logging solutions for cloud-native applications

✅ Work with SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, and distributed systems to enhance observability pipelines

✅ Optimise performance to ensure real-time insights, application stability, and system health monitoring

✅ Collaborate with DevOps, Engineering, and Product teams to improve reliability and scalability

✅ Lead technical discussions, mentor engineers, and drive best practices

✅ Work with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures to enhance system performance

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Several years of experience in software engineering, monitoring, and observability systems

🔹 Strong background in SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, and distributed architectures

🔹 Experience with microservices, real-time data processing, and application monitoring

🔹 Hands-on knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

🔹 Bonus: Kubernetes, Lit.js, or experience leading engineering teams
