CubeOwl Pte Ltd is a full-service ecommerce solutions provider focused on scaling brands across Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify - primarily in the U.S. Over the past six years, we’ve launched and grown multiple top-ranking brands in their categories, including AquaBliss, a leading natural water beauty brand designed to enhance skin, hair, and overall wellness.
Now, we’re looking for a Brand Manager to take AquaBliss.com into its next evolution. This is a hands-on, commercially accountable role owning brand equity, product lifecycle performance, and multi-channel growth. You’ll translate sales forecasts, COGs, and promotional plans into actionable brand goals and be responsible for both day-to-day brand operations and long-term strategy.
You’ll work closely with the ecommerce, operations, and finance teams, owning the AquaBliss brand-level P&L and leading performance across Amazon and Shopify. This role blends strategic oversight with execution: shaping campaigns, optimizing content, guiding partnerships, and telling the brand’s story across every customer touchpoint.
What You’ll Own
- Brand identity, voice, positioning, and customer promise across platforms
- Strategy and execution of brand growth across Amazon, Shopify, and partner marketplaces
- Campaign and content calendars tied directly to P&L and growth targets
- Creative direction for packaging, imagery, video, UGC, and site content
- Product marketing and GTM strategy for new launches and lifecycle campaigns
- Performance tracking by SKU and category - including pricing, sell-through, and contribution margin
- Cross-functional alignment with ecommerce, ops, finance, and sourcing teams
- Oversee influencer, affiliate, and community storytelling to support brand campaigns and commercial goals
- Align organic social strategy with eComm and paid media efforts (with support from the Social & Partnerships Manager)
- Ongoing competitive and trend analysis to keep AquaBliss fresh, relevant, and differentiated

What You Bring
- 4+ years in brand management, product marketing, or lifecycle marketing (ideally in a growth-focused DTC or FMCG)
- Deep understanding of Amazon content optimization and Shopify brand storytelling
- Sharp analytical skills - you know how to read a P&L, interpret SKU-level performance, and act on insights
- Strong creative instincts with experience briefing designers, copywriters, and video teams
- Experience leading cross-channel brand campaigns from strategy through execution
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and executing in lean environments
- Fluent in English and culturally tuned to U.S. audiences
