Punjabi Social Media Manager

Role Description The Punjabi Social Media Manager will manage and grow CTRLRoom Systems’ social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others, with a primary focus on Punjabi-language content. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and publishing posts, writing engaging captions, creating and coordinating multimedia content, monitoring audience interactions, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. The person in this role will analyze performance metrics, optimize content based on engagement data, and collaborate with internal teams to align social media campaigns with broader marketing and branding goals. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mohali district, with some flexibility for work from home as business needs allow.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Punjabi and English, with the ability to create and adapt content for diverse audiences.
• Experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations, including content planning and community management.
• Ability to develop social media strategies, run basic campaigns, and track key performance metrics.
• Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., scheduling platforms, analytics dashboards, Canva or similar design tools).
• Solid writing and editing skills, with a focus on clear, engaging, and culturally relevant Punjabi content.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup from Mohali district, collaborating both in-person and remotely.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, content creation, or media management is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree is an advantage.
