Job Summary

Computer Services Inc (CSI) is seeking a Salesforce.com developer/engineer to work directly on our Hawthorn River loan origination product.

Key Responsibilities

Software Engineer work on several phases of at least one major application while receiving high-level instruction and/or guidance for full system life-cycle development. Develop, code, test and debug programs. They also maintain and document program changes.

• Responsible for development and rollout of entire product or large project.
• Enforces department coding standards and best practices.
• Demonstrates effective and efficient project management.
• Writes technical specifications and identifies project/programming risks.
• Collaborate with development team & colleagues on processes, technologies, etc. (Agile, CI/CD).
• Demonstrates knowledge of Software Engineering skills and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrates knowledge and applicability of various programming languages.
• Provides thought leadership and proactive investigation and problem-solving.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Primary Results Accountable For Achieving

• Deliver changes to support the product systems and any applications that our system supports, coordinate efforts with internal and external stakeholders.
• Successful, timely execution of project initiatives and/or features.
• Accountable for the creation or enhancement of applications and meeting internal and external customer requirements of those applications.
• Minimal re-design or re-factoring of solutions.

Job Requirements

• Key skills must include a thorough understanding of the Salesforce.com development environment, including APEX, Visual Force, Lightning, Aura, Experience Cloud, and general best practices around governor limits and API development.
• Possess full-stack experience on the Salesforce.com platform.
• We are looking for a mid-level engineer to join the team expecting, years of experience to be around 3.
• Prior experience with developing Loan Origination Systems is highly desirable.
• Candidate must be able to work effectively in a small team remotely.
• Education & Certifications: Accredited university, college or trade school education and training in applicable technology, advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
