Senior UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead user research, journey mapping, and UX strategy

• Design high-fidelity prototypes and contribute to design system evolution

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams

• Participate in product planning and provide user-centered design insights

• Mentor junior designers and elevate team design quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design

• Deep understanding of UX design processes and systems thinking

• Proficient in mainstream design tools with experience in design systems

• Strong product thinking and user insight capabilities

• Able to independently lead complex projects and cross-functional collaboration

• Experience in large-scale or leadership design projects is a plus

Senior/Intermediate UX Developer

Role Description

• Develop high-quality front-end pages based on design mockups

• Collaborate with designers to improve user interaction

• Implement responsive layouts across multiple devices

• Participate in product iterations and continuously enhance UX

• Learn and apply accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI development

• Expert in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue)

• Familiar with design systems, component-based development, and accessibility standards

• Certain UX sensitivity and product thinking

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Portfolio or project experience is a plus
