We’re seeking a Marketing Strategist to lead and elevate our marketing efforts—driving property visibility, brand awareness, and business growth.
As a key player in our real estate marketing team, you’ll develop and implement innovative strategies across digital, social, and traditional platforms. Your work will directly impact lead generation, customer engagement, and the success of our property listings and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute real estate marketing strategies across digital (social media, email, paid ads), print, and in-person channels.
- Lead a talented team of content creators, graphic designers, and marketing specialists to deliver polished, on-brand campaigns.
- Oversee the development of SEO-optimized content, eye-catching property visuals, and consistent brand messaging.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot real estate trends, buyer behavior, and new marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, property development, and design teams to align marketing with business goals and client needs.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM platforms, and optimize for ROI.
- Ensure a unified brand identity across all property listings, brochures, digital assets, and marketing channels.
- Manage campaign calendars, budgets, and reporting to keep marketing efforts on track and effective.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must have marketing experience, preferably in real estate, property development, or a related industry.
- Strong background in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent team leadership and project management skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, Meta Business Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with real estate platforms (e.g., Zillow, Realtor.com, MLS integrations) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
