Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Support:
- Leverage your B2C real estate business development experience to identify and cultivate partnerships.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and managing sales representatives to expand our sales reach.
- Develop and execute a LinkedIn business development strategy, including the use of automation tools to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct skip tracing to identify and connect with potential leads and partners.
- Create client proposals and follow up with leads to drive deal closures.
Marketing Strategy, Content, and Execution:
- Lead marketing initiatives while actively executing tasks—this is a hands-on role.
- Create and optimize marketing funnels to drive conversions and maximize ROI.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- Produce high-quality Instagram and TikTok reels for clients to drive engagement.
- Develop and launch email marketing campaigns and newsletters that captivate and convert.
- Ensure high deliverability rates for email, SMS, and phone call campaigns.
- Oversee PPC ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Drive creative content development, including visuals, copy, and multimedia assets.
Web, Tech, and Automation:
- Manage and optimize white-label SaaS platforms, specifically GoHighLevel.
- Oversee web maintenance and optimization, ensuring fast load times, mobile-friendliness, and SEO performance.
- Set up and maintain Zapier connections and workflow automations to streamline operations.
- Manage backend operations, including reporting, data tracking, and analytics.
Growth Hacking and Operations:
- Continuously test, analyze, and refine growth strategies to drive results.
- Establish and maintain marketing operations documentation for efficiency and consistency.
- Provide regular performance reports on marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2C real estate business development.
- Hands-on expertise with GoHighLevel or similar white-label SaaS platforms.
- Strong SEO strategy development and implementation skills.
- Experience with web maintenance and site optimization.
- Ability to create compelling social media reels and content for clients.
- Skilled in PPC ad campaign management and optimization.
- Experience with Zapier workflow automation and cross-platform integrations.
- Expertise in email marketing and campaign development, ensuring high deliverability.
