About the Company

Every day, over 8,000 eye care professionals log into Crystal’s software before they see their first patient. We're the operating system behind independent eyecare — the EHR, practice management, billing, scheduling, and payments platform that keeps these practices running smoothly.

With new leadership, fresh growth capital from top-tier software and search fund investors, and a clear runway to 3x the business, Crystal is at an inflection point. We're not a startup – we're a market leader focused on long-term value creation. That means building the team, the product, and the go-to-market engine to execute on our ambitious goals.

We’re assembling a team that matches the opportunity. If that sounds like your kind of challenge, we'd like to hear from you.

Marketing Programs Specialist: Execute and coordinate marketing programs across events and campaigns to support pipeline growth.

Join a small, high-impact marketing team where you’ll take real ownership of the work, not just support it. At Crystal Practice Management, you’ll help bring campaigns to life across events and digital programs, playing a key role in execution while seeing the direct impact on pipeline and growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes initiative, stays close to the details, and follows through.

  1. Execute marketing campaigns across events, webinars, social media and email programs using established templates and processes
  2. Support event marketing execution, including coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and assisting with pre- and post-event campaigns
  3. Coordinate and execute webinars, including scheduling, setup, and follow-up communications
  4. Build, manage, and support marketing efforts in HubSpot
  5. Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure campaigns and deliverables stay on schedule
  6. Coordinate campaign execution across teams, including working with sales and external partners
  7. Apply UTMs, manage lists, and support campaign tracking
  8. Assist with lead routing and follow-up processes to ensure timely handoff to sales
  9. Pull and share basic campaign performance reports (email performance, registrations, leads)
  10. Support on-site execution for key events and trade shows, including occasional travel (1-2x per month).

Required Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with exposure to both event marketing and digital campaign execution
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or comparable marketing automation platform, including building emails, landing pages, lists, and workflows
  • Demonstrated experience supporting events, webinars, or trade shows from logistics through follow-up
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfort with marketing operations fundamentals: UTM tagging, list hygiene, lead routing, and basic campaign reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Ability to travel 1–2 times per month for events and trade shows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to healthcare, optometry, or other regulated/specialized B2B audiences
  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Email Marketing, or Inbound)
  • Experience with paid social or paid search execution
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales handoff processes (Salesforce or similar)
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress or similar)
