We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our Enterprise Infrastructure & Security Product & Design team. This role is crucial in shaping the user experience of our internal products and services, driving business outcomes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered designs that meet business needs and improve employee productivity.

Key Responsibilities: Design Leadership & Vision:

• Set and communicate a compelling vision for your product area, inspiring and motivating team members.
• Lead complex and ambiguous projects, defining requirements and prioritizing impactful workstreams.
• Advocate for design perspectives at all organizational levels, leveraging data, storytelling, and visual design.

Collaboration:

• Build rapport with diverse stakeholders, managing executive involvement effectively.
• Influence team processes, including critiques and meetings, and delegate tasks efficiently.

Craft & Execution:

• Demonstrate expertise in product design, surfacing new trends and tools regularly.
• Own the utilization of the design system for your focus area, partnering with the design systems team to provide feedback and improvements.
• Prototype with intentionality, using prototypes to communicate ideas and inform business decisions.

Strategic Impact:

• Develop and implement design strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes. Push for high-impact work, making successful business cases for design initiatives. Research & Data-Driven Design:
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights on user behavior, preferences, and needs.
• Analyze data and feedback to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Use research findings to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes.

Interaction & Visual Design:

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interactions that meet business needs and improve employee productivity.
• Create high-quality visual designs consistent with brand guidelines and design language systems.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure feasibility and implementation of designs.

Communication & Influence:

• Communicate design concepts, ideas, and solutions effectively to stakeholders, including executives, engineers, and other designers.
• Write clear and concise documentation, including design briefs, user stories, and design specifications.
• Present design work and research findings to stakeholders, facilitating discussions and feedback sessions.

• Embody a growth mindset, embracing challenges and opportunities for growth and learning at both individual and team levels.
• Demonstrate resilience in the face of ambiguity, change, or adversity.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on enterprise software and internal products preferred.
• Portfolio that showcases your design work, including case studies and examples of successful projects.
• Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a large enterprise organization, with a focus on internal products and services.
• Knowledge of design systems, style guides, and other resources that support design consistency.
• Experience with design tools, including Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other industry-standard software.
• Certification in design thinking, human-centered design, or related fields.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and design sprints.
