- Outline, document, and optimize processes for email, SMS, and other retention marketing channels to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and process documentation for internal teams
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose actionable optimizations to improve performance and scalability
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and aligns with industry best practices
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with Client Services, Marketing Operations, and AI Workflow implementation teams to refine and enhance processes
- Serve as a key liaison between client-facing teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring streamlined communication and execution
- Assist in the development of AI-powered workflow automation, providing structured documentation and input for AI training
- Ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration to drive operational efficiency
Workflow Optimization & AI Implementation
- Analyze existing retention marketing workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
- Partner with the AI Workflow implementation team to integrate AI-driven efficiencies into marketing processes
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and leverage new tools to continuously refine and enhance operational workflows
- Conduct quality assurance on workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze key process performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Provide insights and recommendations based on workflow performance to drive continuous optimization
- Generate accurate and comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)
- 5+ years of experience in retention marketing, marketing operations, or process optimization
- Strong understanding of email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing workflows
- Experience developing SOPs, process documentation, and training materials
- Familiarity with workflow automation, AI-driven marketing tools, and CRM systems
- Familiarity in tools such as Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, SFMC, or similar ESPs
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze workflow performance and make data-driven recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous experience working with enterprise-level and SMB brands in a marketing or operational role preferred
This role is part time (20 hours per week), and hourly pay-range is $30 - $40.
