WHO YOU ARE
As a Redbox Supervisor, you will help lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions to evaluate and optimize marketing performance. Your knowledge will guide clients in understanding the effectiveness of their media investments across various channels, driving strategic decisions and maximizing ROI.
You are a motivated supervisor with an solid command of your field and related experience working across multiple client verticals and all media channels. You are collaborative and entrepreneurial but structured in process and strategic thinking. You demonstrate a genuine commitment to client service and act as a true business partner. You are dedicated to internal team growth while delivering best-in-class client service. You have an ability to distill complex analytical solutions into simple, actionable insights that resonate with senior leadership and clients, ensuring data-driven strategies are both understandable and impactful.
YOUR ROLE
You will partner closely with the Group Director to review project briefs, provide analytics insights on client strategic challenges, and help drive the development and execution of cross-channel measurement strategies. You will roll up your sleeves to build and analyze marketing mix models (MMM), design analytics frameworks, create data visualizations, optimize media investment, and translate complex data into actionable insights. You will work with clients and act as a hands-on, strategic advisor, helping clients connect media performance to real business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled in MMM, passionate about advancing the role of analytics in strategic marketing, and excited to build best-in-class measurement solutions across a portfolio of high-profile clients.
