Product Marketing Manager – U.S. Energy Sector
We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager with strong expertise in the U.S. energy market. You will play a key role in shaping product, communications, and content strategies, supporting business development, and enhancing the customer journey across global markets, with a primary focus on the U.S.
Working closely with sales, product, R&D, regulatory, and market expansion teams, you will design and deliver marketing strategies that increase awareness and adoption of advanced energy management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of product value in trading, forecasting, battery management, and demand-side response (DSR)
- Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and competitive insights
- Create high-quality marketing materials, case studies, and thought leadership content tailored to customer journeys
- Drive product promotion across digital channels, industry media, and trade events
- Plan and execute successful product launches and integrated campaigns
- Lead U.S. event strategy, from conferences to webinars, to generate leads and strengthen market presence
Required
- 5+ years in product marketing within the energy industry
- Strong knowledge of energy markets, battery storage, and demand response
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Proven track record in B2B technology product launches and campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline
- Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative
Preferred
- Experience in renewable energy, smart grids, or energy trading platforms
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo)
- Understanding of utility operations and regulatory environments
- MBA or advanced degree
