About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow LLM Trainer with 4–6 years of experience in ServiceNow, specializing in CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules. The ideal candidate will work on translating real-world ServiceNow workflows into structured, data-driven tasks for AI model training, helping shape the future of AI reasoning and decision-making in enterprise systems. This is a short-term, full-time remote contract with immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create scenario-driven tasks for AI training, based on ServiceNow workflows (CSM, ITSM, HRSD).
• Use JSON for task representation and SQL for data validation.
• Apply prompt engineering to craft clear and natural instructions.
• Collaborate on expanding scenarios across ServiceNow domains.
• Contribute to AI model training, focusing on reasoning and predictable outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4–6 years of ServiceNow experience (CSM, ITSM, HRSD).
• Strong proficiency in JSON, SQL, and data structuring.
• Solid understanding of workflows, cases, incidents, and SLAs in ServiceNow.
• Experience in AI model training, particularly in task design and prompt engineering.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Experience with AI/ML workflows and Agile methodologies.
