We are the referral partners for our client that works with top AI labs of the world. They are currently hiring Software Engineers to help develop and evaluate advanced AI systems that mimic real-world software engineering workflows—primarily based around System architecture design and Code-Review

Overview

💲 Pay – $80–$95 per hour

🕒 Flexible workload – 10–20 hours per week, with the potential to scale up to 40 hours

🌍 Fully remote & asynchronous – work on your own schedule

📅 Duration – Minimum 1–2 months, with the possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate model outputs (e.g., proposed system designs, code base modifications, etc.) generated by AI systems for quality and accuracy
• Calibrate AI decision-making processes in tasks such as the creation of architecture diagrams, capacity & cost models, and resilience playbooks
• Collaborate asynchronously with product and AI teams to improve systems
