Position: Senior Software Engineer

Type: Full-time Position

Compensation: $65,000–$85,000/year

Location: India (remote or flexible as per company policy)

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Ship production code weekly across Python- and Go-based backend services and a React/Next.js frontend that handles millions of candidate screens
• Design and implement new microservices, including real-time ranking, interview analytics, and pay-out systems handling millions of dollars
• Collaborate with senior engineers to profile, test, and harden LLM-powered AI agents
• Engage directly with users to gather feedback, translate pain points into specifications, and own feature delivery end-to-end

Qualifications

• Strong computer science fundamentals with demonstrable projects to showcase
• Fast iteration skills: able to prototype, test, and deploy in a matter of days
• Passion for both product polish and system performance
• Bonus: curiosity or experience with large language models (LLMs), retrieval systems, and ranking algorithms
• Comfortable working with the tech stack: Go, Python, React, AWS
