Position: Product Design / UX Expert

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $70–$125/hour (based on experience and location)

Location: Remote

Duration: Short-term project (3–4 weeks)

Commitment: Minimum 15 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Use your professional experience to make decisions about product design, visual aesthetics, and user experience.
• Provide feedback on user journeys and product workflows to improve AI-generated product mockups.
• Create high-fidelity product mockups and prototypes using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and engineers to enhance model understanding of design patterns and user preferences.
• Ensure design recommendations are aligned with user needs, industry best practices, and modern UX principles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design, UX, or related roles at a prestigious tech firm.
• Strong experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to create product mockups and prototypes.
• Experience providing user experience and journey feedback.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
