Role: Marketing Programs and Events Manager
Job Type: Full Time, Remote, 50% or more travel
Crogl is the only Knowledge Engine for Security Operations. We are seeking a passionate marketing programs and events manager to scale our physical and digital presence to drive the sales pipeline.
As the Programs and Events Manager, you will develop and execute high-impact marketing programs and industry events to drive sales pipeline. You'll work cross-functionally with product, sales, and executive teams to ensure our events are serving the ideal buyer and user personas. You will plan events, execute events, attend events, report on the effectiveness of the events and drive change to improve outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage Crogl's event strategy and calendar for trade shows, conferences, webinars, and executive roundtables
- Own the end-to-end execution of events, from concept and planning to on-site management and post-event analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, technology partners, and event organizers in the cybersecurity ecosystem
- Analyze program performance against KPIs and maximize marketing impact based on data-driven insights
- Manage program and event budgets to maximize ROI for a growth-stage cybersecurity startup
- Give brief demos and product overviews at the Crogl booth at events
- Capture leads and update CRM with event attendee data
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 4 years focused on programs and events management in technology or cybersecurity
- Demonstrated record of building successful marketing programs
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRMs and virtual event systems
- Experience with managing budgets
- Experience in creating, tracking and reporting on marketing ROI

- Relationships with key cybersecurity media outlets, influencers, and event organizers
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
