Crimson Park Digital is an award-winning boutique digital marketing agency based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Charleston, South Carolina, that provides performance marketing and digital strategy services to clients across the Carolinas and beyond. The role of the Marketing Manager is to lead the agency’s performance marketing efforts across paid search, paid social, and emerging digital channels and serve as our subject matter expert for analytics implementation. This position plays a critical role in driving campaign results, innovating strategy, and supporting growth for both client and agency objectives. The Marketing Manager will report to the Vice President of Integrated Strategy and Operations and work closely with agency team members and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution and strong ROI is delivered to all client partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Serve as the agency’s subject matter expert and lead strategist for paid advertising across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, Programmatic tactics, and other digital platforms
  • Create and manage comprehensive media strategies, from research and planning through campaign build-out, testing, reporting, and optimization
  • Launch and manage all paid campaigns in-platform with routine performance checks for budget pacing, efficiency, and results to goals, and proactively optimize accordingly
  • Develop creative recommendations for landing pages, ad copy, visuals, and video content to maximize performance
  • Design Figma landing page wireframes as needed
  • Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and ad platform innovations
  • Regularly test and implement new ad types, audiences, and tools to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and SEO leads to ensure cohesive marketing strategies across all client channels

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Participate in client meetings and actively contribute to discussions, reporting, and strategic recommendations
  • Lead reporting efforts for digital advertising campaigns and overall marketing performance, transforming data into compelling narratives and clear insights
  • Communicate effectively with both internal team members and external clients, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager for client call agendas and paid media project timelines

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, the Marketing Manager must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience; 3 years of direct experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads, and 2+ years of direct experience with Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn); Reddit, Pinterest, and/or other media buying experience is a bonus
  • Direct experience with Google Tag Manager for base, conversion, and event tracking
  • Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are strongly preferred
  • Strategic, independent thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of forecasting performance and identifying optimization opportunities
  • Highly skilled in performance media metrics, budget pacing, and creative testing
  • Effective and clear communicator with excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in SEO, social media and/or content marketing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Google Search Console, Semrush, Figma, Mailchimp, and call tracking platforms
  • Ability to travel between Charlotte and Charleston to attend sponsorship events, team activities, and client meetings up to four times per year

Location: Remote / Charlotte, NC

Salary: $80k - $85k based on experience
