Senior Digital Marketing Manager

CRG recently partnered with a rapidly growing, family-owned Health and Wellness brand who is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join their team! As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will support the execution and optimization of targeted campaigns, driving digital strategy that boosts brand awareness, customer engagement, and acquisition across both B2B and B2C audiences.

Opportunity: Contract-to-Hire

Location: 100% REMOTE - EST or CST required

Compensation: $55-$70/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok platforms.
  • Develop and execute CRM journeys and email campaigns to engage both B2C (direct-to-consumer) and B2B (healthcare practitioners) audiences.
  • Identify and drive SEO initiatives to improve organic search visibility and keyword rankings.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance by leveraging data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, and Power BI to generate reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Coordinate and oversee work from external agencies and software vendors.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
  • Help oversee and manage tagging strategy and implementation using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Manage UTM parameters for accurate campaign tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related business field.
  • 7-10 years of digital marketing experience, with a direct focus on paid media and CRM.
  • Experience in managing paid ads across Google and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok).
  • Demonstrated success in managing digital campaigns, including audience targeting, creative/content development, and performance optimization.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and directly managing media agencies.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics and UTM creation.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software systems (e.g., HubSpot).
