Who we are?

We are Crevel Europe, a global importer & wholesale supplier of Mexican, American and Asian products in Europe. We hold a portfolio of more than 1400 products from mainstream and independent brands and serve clients in 33 European countries. In ordert o help grow these brands in Germany, we are on the hunt for a creative Brand Marketeer with 3-5 years of experience and passion for working in a fast-paced, FMCG environment. If you love creating buzz for great brands and know how to work your way around the marketing mix, keep reading!

What You'll Do:

• Sampling Campaigns: Design and execute fun, impactful sampling campaigns that get our brands into the hands of the right consumers at the right touchpoints.

• Own the Social Scene: Bring your Instagram and TikTok game to the next level! You'll coordinate and manage some of our brands social channels and content calendars, creating eye-catching content that sparks engagement.

• Influencer Partnerships: Collaborate with cool influencers direct or via agencies to expand reach, grow the communities, and share the love for our brands.

• Brand Partnerships: You’ll hunt for the best collabs, cooperations and brand partner to lift the success of our brands with their target consumers.

• Product Specials: Get the most out of our brands by proposing and co-creating the right product specials with them. From seasonal specials to bundle sets and advent calendars, use your creativity to indulge our target consumers.

• PR and Media: Get our brands in the press, from securing coverage to writing press releases, direct or with agency partners.

• Consumer Events: Plan and execute events that make waves, from pop-ups to activations that bring the brand experience to life.

• Content Creation: Bring your creativity to the table by creating and localizing dynamic brand content for web/social/digital, print, and beyond. You stay on top of the latest AI tools, to make your life easier.

• Agency Network: You‘ll build and manage a strong network of supporting agencies and freelancers, for those expert activities we might want to outsource.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field plus 3-5 years in brand marketing, preferably within FMCG, with hands-on experience growing brands in Germany.

• Languages: German native or bi-lingual is a requirement for this role. English must be fluent in writing and speaking. Spanish is a plus.

• Social Media + AI Savvy: You know how to work your magic on Instagram and TikTok—whether it’s planning a content calendar, managing paid ads, or collaborating with influencers. You are familiar with AI tools and know how to use them to your advantage.

• Creative Energy: You’ve got ideas for days and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and make them happen.

• Organized and Results-Driven: You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a keen eye for detail, always keeping an eye on the results.

• Passion for the Consumer: You get what makes people tick, and you know how to create experiences they’ll love.
