We are a real estate servicing firm established in 2019 in Singapore, that focuses on serving clients who wish to grow their wealth through property investments. This sets us apart from traditional property agencies as we are run by investors, for investors. Our services go beyond facilitating property transactions; we provide a comprehensive handholding experience for our clients from deep research and curation of investable properties to portfolio planning and post-purchased administrative support, giving our clients a seamless and effortless experience in real estate investments.

Crestbrick is looking for a graphic designer with a strong sense of branding, layout, visual consistency. This role focuses on creating polished, on-brand visuals for real estate content, live events, webinars, greeting cards, market insights, and presentation decks. The most important quality we’re looking for is the ability to keep every design on brand. Whether it’s a webinar slide, market insight visual, video thumbnail, or deck, the final output should feel consistent, professional, and aligned with Crestbrick’s brand identity.

Responsibilities:

• Design visuals for webinars, live event content, and real estate updates.
• Create greeting cards, market insight visuals, presentation decks, and video thumbnails.
• Turn real estate topics and market information into clear, easy-to-understand, and engaging layouts.
• Maintain consistency across typography, colors, layout, imagery, and overall brand direction.
• Adapt existing brand assets into different formats while keeping a cohesive look.
• Receive feedback from the team and complete designs on time.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Graphic Designer, Brand Designer, or Marketing Designer.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong branding, layout, thumbnails, decks, or content design.
• Good sense of typography, spacing, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
