About the Job:

At Crebos, we specialize in creating user-friendly and visually engaging web designs for industries like Fintech, SaaS, and B2B. We are looking for a Senior Web Designer (UI/UX) to join our team. In this role, you will focus on designing responsive, intuitive, and user-centered websites and dashboards that meet business goals and drive user engagement. This is a freelance opportunity, where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web designs that enhance user experiences across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of user-friendly websites and dashboards with a focus on responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create designs that align with both user needs and business goals.
• Design and maintain design systems for consistency across web platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs based on real user feedback.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for websites and dashboards.
• Optimize web design for mobile responsiveness, ensuring the designs work seamlessly across various devices.
• Work on data-driven dashboards with clear, engaging designs that make complex data easy to understand and interact with.
• Keep up with UI/UX trends and emerging technologies to apply innovative design solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong focus on websites and dashboards for SaaS, Fintech, and B2B platforms.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in web design and dashboard UI/UX design with an emphasis on user-centered design principles.
• Expertise in designing responsive websites that provide seamless user experiences on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Experience with designing data-heavy applications and dashboards, translating complex information into clear, engaging visuals.
• Solid understanding of user flow, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Knowledge of web development basics (HTML, CSS) is a plus but not mandatory.
