Associate Director of Creator Marketing [Full Time, Remote]

--About the Role--

This is the role that will take this company from 7 figures to 8 figures annually.

The Associate Director of Creator Marketing will serve as the strategic leader of our client-facing operations, taking full ownership of campaign execution, client relationships, and team development. This role requires an experienced operator who can seamlessly transition into leadership responsibilities while maintaining the hands-on execution excellence our clients expect. You'll work closely with the Head of Creator Marketing and CEO to scale our creator-brand matching capabilities and drive operational excellence across all client deliverables.

--Key Responsibilities--

Campaign Leadership & Execution

  • End-to-End Campaign Management: Own B2B Creator marketing campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement strategic improvements
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards across all campaign deliverables
  • Strategic Recommendations: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients based on campaign performance

Client Operations & Relationship Management

  • Client Success: Serve as primary strategic contact for key brand partners and ensure exceptional client satisfaction
  • Creator Relations: Manage and nurture relationships with our creator network, ensuring smooth collaboration
  • Partnership Development: Collaborate with CEO & Head of Creator Marketing on sales initiatives and strategic partnership opportunities
  • Communication Excellence: Maintain clear, proactive communication with all stakeholders throughout campaign lifecycles

Team Leadership & Development

  • Direct Management: Lead, manage, develop Campaign Managers and Account Managers, providing mentorship and performance feedback
  • Capacity Planning: Assess team bandwidth and make recommendations for scaling and resource allocation
  • Training & Development: Create and implement training programs to elevate team capabilities
  • Performance Management: Establish clear goals, metrics, and review processes for direct reports

Process & Operational Excellence

  • Workflow Optimization: Continuously improve internal processes to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive process documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering team on platform optimizations and feature development
  • Financial Head of Creator Marketing: Work with Head of Creator Marketing on creator payment processes

Strategic Growth Initiatives

  • Platform Expansion: Support expansion efforts beyond LinkedIn Creator Content such as Paid Media, YouTube, Twitter/X, Instagram, and emerging platforms
  • Service Development: Contribute to new service offering development based on client needs and market opportunities
  • Automation Integration: Implement AI automations and workflow improvements to scale operations
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on creator economy trends and competitive landscape

--Required Qualifications--

Experience & Background

  • 3+ years of agency experience, preferably in influencer/creator marketing
  • Proven track record running client-facing campaigns (LinkedIn preferred, but YouTube/TikTok/Instagram/Twitter acceptable)
  • Startup experience with ability to work effectively in resource-constrained environments
  • Team leadership experience with direct reports and performance management responsibilities

  • Self-starter mentality that thrives with minimal direction and supervision
  • Context-switching mastery with ability to successfully juggle multiple high-priority projects
  • Process optimization obsession with constant focus on improving efficiency

  • Remote work excellence with demonstrated success in 100% remote environments

Communication & Technical Skills

  • Communication excellence with mastery of Slack, email, and video conferencing platforms
  • Data analysis capabilities to interpret campaign performance metrics and make strategic recommendations
  • Platform expertise with deep understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
  • Project management proficiency with experience using tools like Asana, Monday.com, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

  • B2B marketing experience in SaaS or technology environments
  • LinkedIn power user who actively consumes and understands platform content and trends
  • Cross-platform expertise with experience across multiple social media channels
  • AI/automation interest with experience or eagerness to learn workflow automation tools
  • Team building experience with track record of hiring and developing high-performing teams
