Role Overview:
As Director of Growth Marketing, you will own and lead the global growth strategy across all digital and demand generation channels. You will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in B2B SaaS and outsourcing, driving customer acquisition, revenue, and pipeline growth.
You will work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, content, design, and product teams to deliver scalable marketing programs that convert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the global growth marketing strategy with a strong focus on ROI and pipeline growth.
- Plan and execute full-funnel B2B campaigns, including SEO/SEM, performance marketing, social media, and email marketing.
- Oversee marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, social media) from strategy to execution.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of marketing automation, CRM workflows, and lead scoring using tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (designers, content creators, developers) to ensure alignment.
- Manage budgets, track performance, and optimize marketing spend.
- Deliver insight-driven performance reports, dashboards, and growth KPIs to executive stakeholders.
- Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring satisfaction and gathering feedback.
- Define and analyze KPIs, leveraging insights to refine strategies.
- Oversee content creation, ensuring quality, consistency, and SEO optimization.
- Own and optimize the GTM strategy for product launches, key accounts, and partnership initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency and drive brand awareness initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with the sales team to drive lead quality, sales enablement, and conversion efficiency.
- Oversee content and brand strategy to support authority-building in IT services, SaaS, and outsourcing sectors.
- Manage global marketing budget and resource allocation for maximum impact.
Requirements:
- English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- 7+ years of B2B growth marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership/director role.
- Proven success in outsourcing, SaaS, or IT services industries with understanding of technical terminology and value propositions.
- Experience collaborating across time zones.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com) & marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo).
- Strong command of performance marketing, demand gen, content marketing, SEO, and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, SEMrush, SEO/SEM tools.
- Familiarity with CMS (WordPress), CRM (Salesforce), and social media platforms.
- Budget management and strategic resource allocation experience.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Certifications (PMP, Google, HubSpot) are a plus.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.
- Remote candidates are welcome, but a minimum 4-hour daily overlap with Dubai (GMT+4) is required.
