The Role
We’re looking for our first Head of Growth to build and own our go-to-market engine from day one. This is a true 0→1 role: you’ll be hands-on in the early stages, running experiments, building acquisition channels, and setting up systems that drive demand and adoption. Over time, you’ll scale the function by hiring and leading a high-performing growth team.
The ideal candidate has walked in founder shoes before and knows how to balance speed with focus. You understand product at a deep level, care about the user journey, and can connect growth strategy directly to the product experience.
What You’ll Do
- Build and run the first growth experiments to identify what works and what doesn’t
- Drive demand generation across multiple channels including paid, organic, outbound, and partnerships
- Design and execute product-led growth initiatives that make onboarding, activation, and retention seamless for users
- Partner with Sales to create campaigns, enablement tools, and pipeline opportunities
- Own and optimize the funnel end to end, from awareness to conversion and long-term retention
- Set up analytics, CRM, and automation systems to measure and scale performance
- Collaborate with Product and UX to bring user feedback into growth experiments and GTM iterations
- Build and lead a growth team once the foundation is in place
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in growth, demand generation, or product-related roles, ideally in early-stage SaaS or fintech
- Proven 0→1 experience, having built and scaled growth engines from scratch
- Strong product background, with a user-centric approach to growth
- Hands-on operator who can move from strategy to execution: running campaigns, writing copy, talking to customers, and setting up tools
- Deep understanding of funnel metrics, CAC, LTV, and attribution
- Bonus: prior founder or co-founder experience, or having been the first growth hire in a startup
