What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to be the on‑camera face and creative engine of our social channels—primarily LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram. You’ll concept, film, edit, publish, and iterate at start‑up speed while building an authentic, human voice powered by smart use of AI. If you love being on camera, can turn ideas into scroll‑stopping videos, and get energy from a small, scrappy team: this is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Own channel strategy & publishing for all social channels: set goals, craft editorial calendars, and ship consistently.
• Be our on‑camera creator: script, shoot, and edit short‑form and long‑form video (Reels, Shorts, carousels, livestreams, explainers, product walkthroughs, behind‑the‑scenes, and thought‑leadership clips).
• Amplify leadership voices on LinkedIn: coach on‑camera presence, and package talks, webinars, and interviews into social‑ready assets.
• Use AI as a force‑multiplier for ideation, outlines, hook testing, caption options, repurposing long video into shorts, transcripts, thumbnails, and basic motion.
• Plan & run experiments to learn fast: hooks, formats, posting cadences, CTAs, thumbnails, YouTube titles/SEO, community prompts.
• Measure what matters: track growth and quality and translate insights into action.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Marketing, Brand, PR/Comms, and Sales to turn launches, narratives, and customer stories into standout social content.
• Community & creator management: engage daily, moderate comments, and manage lightweight creator/partner collabs.
• Lightweight paid support: partner on boosting top performers; brief paid teams on creative that’s working organically.

What You Should Bring To The Table:

• 5+ years in social media/content roles with a video‑first portfolio and on‑camera work you can share.
• Deep platform fluency across social platforms, you know the algorithms, best practices, and what actually holds attention.
• Hands‑on creative skills: CapCut and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop/Illustrator). Descript or similar is a plus.
• Proven ability to move fast: from idea ➝ script ➝ shoot ➝ edit ➝ publish—without sacrificing quality.
• Strong writing chops: hooks, captions, titles, and concise storytelling.
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway/Gen‑2, ElevenLabs, Claude, etc.) to accelerate your workflow.
• Data‑curious: you can read performance, form a POV, and propose the next experiment.
• Thrive in small, scrappy teams with ambiguity, ownership, and lots of maker time.
• B2B experience is great but not required. Curiosity about marketing/creative tech helps.

Bonus Points:

• You’ve grown a YouTube channel (from 0→10k+ or 50k+), launched a successful LinkedIn series, or built a personal creator brand.
• Livestreaming/podcast hosting experience.
• Light motion design/thumbnail design chops.
• Experience collaborating with customers or creators on UGC‑style content.
