Senior Software Developer

Job Summary
Creative Technology Solutions is in search of a motivated Senior Software Engineer experienced in C++ and other development environments to help support Health Applications for the federal government (DoD, VA). The ideal candidate must possess working knowledge in a variety of Information Technology (IT) and enterprise system technologies supporting a virtual operating environment.

Duties

• Design and implement scalable software applications using modern technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain APIs to facilitate communication between different software systems.
• Write clean, maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues promptly.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software development processes.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
• 5 years of experience in Software Development.
• 1+ year of experience working with Oracle/Cerner Millennium EHR
• 1+ year of experience working with 3M/Solventum 360 Encompass
• 5 years of experience working in a Windows environment.
• Experience with C#, Java, Microsoft .NET, T-SQL, PowerShell, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XSLT, jQuery, Angular, Power BI
• Experience with Visual Studio, WebStorm, Eclipse, IE 11, IIS 8.5, Apache 2.2, Windows Server 2022, SQL Server 2022
• Familiarity with network architectures to include inter-communications between servers/systems required by applications.
• Familiarity with government Information Security & Assurance policies and practices preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
