Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET/Vue)

Are you a Senior Full Stack Developer based in Mexico?

At Creative Software International, we’re growing our development team and looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to help modernize a large financial-services platform. You’ll work across all layers of the application, from backend APIs and background services to the web frontend, while also contributing to legacy code migration and database design and optimization. This is a hands-on, cross-stack role with no backend-only or frontend-only responsibilities.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience with C# and ASP.NET Core (.NET 10), including Minimal APIs.
• Strong backend development skills, including Vertical Slice Architecture, CQRS/Mediator patterns, middleware, validation, and asynchronous programming.
• Strong SQL and database engineering experience in EF Core (v10) with SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including schema design, indexing, query optimization, and performance at scale.
• Frontend experience with Vue 3 and TypeScript, including Composition API and common Vue tooling.
• Experience building scalable, production-ready applications, working with large data volumes and optimizing performance.
• Experience developing background/worker services, event-driven processes, and third-party API integrations.
• Hands-on AWS experience, particularly application hosting, storage, secrets, queues/messaging, caching, logging, monitoring, and encryption/key management.
• Strong understanding of web application security, including authentication/authorization, input validation, secure queries, least-privilege access, and handling of sensitive/financial data.
• Experience with multi-tenant applications, permissions/access control, observability, and audit logging.
• Ability to work with and modernize legacy codebases, including older .NET/WebForms or ORM-based applications.
• Automated testing experience, including unit and integration tests.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted/agentic development tools for coding, debugging, refactoring, testing, and working with legacy code (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to follow established architecture and documentation.
• Working knowledge of financial-services concepts, particularly lending, loan lifecycle, amortization, payments, and ACH/NACHA processing.
• Availability for occasional off-hours deployments (scheduled late-night realease/maintenance windows roughly once or twice a month).
• Conversational English.

Nice to Have:

• Direct experience in loan management, consumer lending, or fintech.
• Experience with payment and messaging integrations, such as debit-card processing and SMS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization, such as Azure DevOps Pipelines and Docker.
• Experience with a managed GenAI platform, such as AWS Bedrock.
• Experience with reporting/BI tools, such as PostgreSQL-based reporting or report-viewer tooling.
• Previous experience modernizing or migrating large legacy applications to service-based architectures.
