About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on Marketing Manager who thrives in fast-growing, entrepreneurial environments. You’ll be the driving force behind brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth shaping how we show up to the world and connecting our story to the audiences who matter most.
This is a rare opportunity to own the marketing function end-to-end. You’ll report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with senior leadership to design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns. With a budget and trusted freelance partners at your disposal, you’ll lead strategy, guide execution, and experiment boldly to drive measurable growth.
What You’ll Do
Strategic & Growth Marketing
- Develop and execute the 2026 marketing plan blending data-driven demand generation with standout brand storytelling.
- Lead paid media strategy (with an emphasis on Google Ads), SEO, and outbound demand generation.
- Manage CRM workflows (Pipedrive) and outbound tools (Apollo.io or similar) to fuel lead generation and nurture campaigns.
Brand & Content
- Elevate the brand’s voice and presence across web, social, and earned channels.
- Oversee content creation from case studies and newsletters to thought leadership and video.
- Partner with freelancers and creative talent to deliver high-quality, on-brand assets that drive engagement.
Partnerships & PR
- Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and brand partners to enhance visibility and credibility.
- Identify co-marketing and PR opportunities that align with company goals and elevate our positioning in the market.
Leadership & Execution
- Work autonomously while collaborating with a nimble, high-performing team.
- Manage external partners and freelancers, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and creative standards are met.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in marketing within a startup or fast-scaling company (ideally <50 employees).
- Proven experience in growth marketing (SEM/SEO, Google Ads, analytics) and brand storytelling.
- Strong grasp of digital tools — Webflow, Pipedrive, Apollo.io, GA4, and automation platforms (Zapier/Make).
- Analytical mindset with a creative spark, equally comfortable crunching data and brainstorming big ideas.
- A builder’s mentality: self-starter, proactive, and excited to shape something new.
- Passion for travel, lifestyle, or tech brands is a bonus.
