Our Boston based marketing technology company is looking for a UX Designer with 7+ years' experience--we are looking for hands-on experience in CRO, A/B testing, and iterative design cycles—ideally looking for experience with Saas or tech clients and driving items that sit on the top of the funnel trials, demos, and signups.
Day in the life:
- Design for Conversion: Create intuitive, user-centric experiences across the marketing site, landing pages, and lead funnels that drive performance outcomes.
- Lead Site A/B Testing Initiatives: Partner with marketing, growth, and analytics teams to define hypotheses, design test variants, and iterate based on learnings.
- Own UX Across Web Touchpoints: Develop UX flows, wireframes, and responsive UI that reduce friction and optimize customer paths to conversion.
- Balance Speed & Craft: Work in a fast-paced, iterative environment where rapid testing and data-driven design decisions are core to how we operate.
- Bring Clarity Through Simplicity: Simplify complex messaging and CTAs into digestible, actionable designs that convert.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work within agile pods that include growth marketers, developers, and performance analysts—shipping tests and measuring what works.
- Build with Scalability in Mind: Ensure work aligns with design systems and brand standards while remaining modular enough for flexible optimization.
