UX Designer

Duration: 6+ months

Status: 37.5 hours per week

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability and accessibility of our products, particularly within the financial services sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights on user needs and behavior.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure the implementation of design solutions aligns with user expectations.
• Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all products.
• Advocate for end-user needs throughout the design and development process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user-centered design and accessibility standards.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Knowledge of front-end web development practices and Pega CRM Suite is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities with a focus on user-centered design.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
