As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that enhance the overall experience of our digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into engaging and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research to identify needs and pain points.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
Perform usability testing to gather user feedback and iterate on designs.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
Develop visual design elements that align with the CN Rail brand guidelines.
Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma to create and present design solutions.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, accessibility, and responsive design.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in UX design or a related role.
Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
