Our client is looking for a Social Media & Paid Media Specialist to join their team for 6-8 weeks to support an exciting new launch! This role is fully remote with the possibility of extension beyond the initial term. This will likely be 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Create fun and engaging content for social channels including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and more.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
- Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective strategies and tactics.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies to inform campaign decisions.
Skills required for this role:
- 4+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist with a focus on Paid Media, or similar role.
- Proficiency in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to create engaging ad copy and visuals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
