Senior Product Designer

Our corporate client is looking for a Product Designer to join their team- this will be specifically working on Design Systems. It is 12+ months, fulltime hours per week, 1-2x per week onsite downtown Toronto.

You will be focusing specifically on Design Systems, so you would need to showcase this work in your portfolio.

What you'll be doing:

- Designing and creating reusable components in Figma, that can be used across the platform.

- Collaborating with other Designers and Developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and align with the platform's needs.

- Publishing and updating design libraries in Figma to ensure that components are readily accessible.

- Ensuring that all new components meet WCAG standards for accessibility.

- Designing responsive web components, creating wireframes, user journeys, site maps etc.

- Working with an investing /wealth client.

Skills needed:

- 5+ years of experience in UX and UI, with strong expertise in building design systems.

- Previous experience building a design system and components.

- A portfolio or work to showcase this experience.
