Full-time Perm

Location: Fully remote (must be able to work PST hours)

Salary range: $80-000 - $100,000

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior PR & Social Media Manager to lead our public relations and social media efforts. This role is integral in shaping our brand's voice, enhancing our online presence, and driving engagement through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Utilize and engage existing connections with journalists, editors, and producers at prominent publications in the entertainment, tech and music sectors.
• Propose news, founder profiles, product stories, or cultural features to match editorial calendars and current trends.
• Achieve high-quality press coverage across various sectors with quantifiable outcomes.
• Oversee the creation and execution of social media marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts to ensure maximum ROI on campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute integrated marketing strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of PR and social media initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Manage budget allocation for PR and social media activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations and social media management.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, strategy planning, and managing digital campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices in social media marketing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in budget management and delivering measurable results.
