Our agency client is seeking an experienced Asana Consultant with a strong background in marketing operations and creative agency workflows, particularly within video production. This is a short-term, 10 hour, remote engagement focused on optimizing existing Asana workflows.

This Candidate Will

Conduct a comprehensive audit of current Asana workflows related to video production projects
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement within the existing system
Provide actionable recommendations and best practices to streamline task management, communication, and project tracking
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proposed enhancements align with team needs and project goals
Document workflow improvements and train relevant team members on updated processes as needed

This Candidate Must Have

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing operations or project management within a creative agency environment
Proven expertise in Asana, with a deep understanding of its features, integrations, and optimization strategies
Strong familiarity with video production workflows; experience with podcast and advertising campaign workflows is a BIG BONUS
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and deliver insights within a limited time frame
Oversight of cross-functional creative teams
Familiarity with other project management tools and how they compare to Asana
Experience working with remote teams across multiple time zones
