Our client in the professional services industry is seeking a Partner Marketing Operations Manager.

- Location: remote (US-Based only)
- Hours/week: 40
- Duration: as soon as September 21st - May 5th, 2027
- Travel: Approximately 10% for team meetings, planning sessions, industry events, and partner engagements.
About the Opportunity:
We're looking for a strategic and operational marketing leader to help drive and scale a high-growth Microsoft partnership. In this role, you'll build the marketing engine that supports partner growth initiatives across Azure, Data & AI, and Business Applications. You'll work at the intersection of marketing strategy, operations, analytics, and partner engagement, ensuring programs are executed efficiently and deliver measurable business impact.

What You'll Be Doing:
Marketing Operations & Program Management--
- Build and optimize marketing operating rhythms, planning processes, and governance frameworks.
- Establish reporting structures and project management processes that improve visibility, accountability, and execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and business objectives.
- Lead intake, prioritization, roadmap planning, and risk management for Microsoft-related marketing initiatives.
Performance Marketing & Analytics--
- Partner with demand generation teams to measure campaign effectiveness and attribution.
- Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting.
- Analyze performance data and provide recommendations that improve marketing results and pipeline impact.
- Drive a culture of continuous optimization through insights and data-driven decision making.
Microsoft Partner Programs & Investments--
- Manage planning and governance of partner marketing investments, including Co-op, MDF, and SPF funds.
- Oversee investment planning, claims management, proof-of-execution documentation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure compliance and maximize available funding opportunities.
Partner Center & Marketplace Operations--
- Support and scale Microsoft Partner Center utilization and operational processes.
- Ensure readiness for co-sell initiatives, marketplace offerings, and partner marketing programs.
- Manage co-marketing assets, compliance requirements, and partner-facing listings.
- Help drive adoption and operational excellence across Microsoft's partner ecosystem.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration--
- Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals.
- Partner closely with alliance, industry, demand generation, and sales stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
- Contribute to ongoing Microsoft marketing education and enablement efforts.
Required Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, partner marketing, or program management.
- Proven success managing integrated marketing programs from strategy through execution.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong background in marketing reporting, analytics, performance measurement, and operational excellence.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving alignment across teams.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with Microsoft partner programs, Partner Center, Marketplace, co-sell initiatives, or alliance marketing.
- Familiarity with hyperscaler partner ecosystems, particularly Microsoft.
- Experience building or scaling marketing operations, PMO, governance, or reporting functions.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo, Dynamics, or similar tools.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting/dashboard platforms.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
