Our hospitality client is looking for a Marketing Designer to join their team, on a part-time freelance basis. This will be remote, and about 10 hours per week. You can do the work after-hours, but you must have the ability to communicate (ie. answer emails and chats) during the daytime hours.
This role is ideal for someone who is skilled in designing multi-page layouts, templated proposals, and interactive presentations.
Key Responsibilities
" Design and maintain visually compelling templated proposals and sales presentations
" Create and update interactive PDFs, PowerPoint decks, and other client-facing materials
" Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and visual clarity across all deliverables
" Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
" Translate complex information into clean, engaging visual layouts
Deliverables Include
" Templated proposals (InDesign, PowerPoint, PDF)
" Sales presentations and pitch decks
" Interactive PDFs and digital documents
" Multi-page layouts for internal and external use
Qualifications
" 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a publication, newspaper, or magazine setting
" Strong portfolio showcasing long-form design and multi-page layout work
" Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required
" Experience with PowerPoint, Illustrator, and Photoshop
" Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
" Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Experience
" Background in sales enablement or B2B marketing
" Familiarity with interactive PDF creation and digital publishing tools
" Experience working within brand guidelines and templated systems
