Director, Product Marketing (Investment Solutions) We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Marketing to lead strategic marketing efforts across investment products and solutions. This player/coach role combines people leadership with hands-on execution and will be responsible for shaping go-to-market strategies, advisor-focused marketing programs, sales enablement initiatives, and integrated campaigns. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of investment products, experience marketing to financial advisors, and a proven ability to translate complex investment concepts into compelling market-facing stories that drive engagement and business growth.  Duration: Full-time, permanent positionHours: 40+ hours per weekLocation: Hybrid, Boston, MA areaOnsite Requirement: 4 days per week onsite, 1 day remoteCompensation: Up to $220,000 base salary plus bonus Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in product marketing, strategic marketing, financial services marketing, or a related discipline
• Experience marketing investment products, asset management solutions, wealth management offerings, or financial services products
• Demonstrated experience partnering closely with sales, distribution, relationship management, or business development teams to develop go-to-market strategies, sales enablement programs, and advisor-facing campaigns that support business growth.
• Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or developing marketing professionals
• Strong understanding of equities, fixed income, investment solutions, portfolio applications, and advisor audiences
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies, advisor-facing campaigns, sales enablement programs, and digital marketing initiatives
• Ability to translate complex financial and investment concepts into clear and compelling marketing content
• Strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience operating in regulated environments and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Series 6 license or ability to obtain within nine months of hire
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Series 7 license
• CFA, CAIA, or other investment-related professional designation
• Experience supporting direct indexing, portfolio consulting, custom solutions, or multi-asset investment offerings
• Experience with marketing automation, analytics, and content management platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of product marketing professionals responsible for investment product marketing initiatives
• Serve as the strategic marketing lead for investment solutions, including custom portfolio solutions, direct indexing, and consulting-oriented offerings
• Partner closely with sales and distribution leadership to identify growth opportunities, develop advisor engagement strategies, enhance sales enablement efforts, and translate business priorities into actionable marketing programs.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align product positioning, advisor communications, content, digital engagement, and sales enablement
• Partner closely with sales, distribution, investment teams, and marketing stakeholders to identify priorities and drive execution
• Create differentiated product storytelling that connects advisor needs, market opportunities, investment solutions, and portfolio applications
• Build integrated campaigns that support advisor awareness, consideration, engagement, and sales activation
• Contribute to content planning and thematic marketing strategies tied to market trends and business priorities
• Establish processes, timelines, and governance to ensure efficient execution across complex cross-functional initiatives
• Support advisor-facing campaigns, communications, and activation programs through strategic marketing expertise
• Track program effectiveness and continuously optimize marketing performance and business impact
